Rob has continued his education throughout his career, obtaining his BS in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University in 1981, his CLU designation in 1981, and his ChFC designation in 1985. Having been securities licensed since 1976, he made the decision to establish his Registered Investment Advisory firm in 2007, in order to better serve his client’s needs.
The Robert G. Wheeler Capital Management Company, Inc. is this firm, and Rob is the President and the primary Financial Advisor for the firm. The firm manages client investment assets, and provides advisory and financial planning services.
Rob and his wife Jeanie have raised their three sons in Tulsa, and have been very active in the Tulsa schools and community. Rob was a Charter Board Member of Tulsa Little League Baseball, and umpire and Umpire-In-Chief for that organization for many years. He and Jeanie have helped establish and worked for several non-profit community organizations over the years. Most notable, the South Peoria Neighborhood House, which they helped conceive and establish with the help of the community and City of Tulsa.
